About Church School
P.C.E.A Kiserian Church School officially began in the year 1982 with Mrs. Kimema as the chairlady and the vice chairlady was Mary (Mama Ciku)
The other teachers were:-
1. Mama Karera
2. Mary Wanjiru (wa Mugure)
3. Mama Wamaitha
4. Ann Wanjiru Kibinge
The total population of children was about 40 in number.
Teacher Ann Waithera, Peter Karera among others were the first children to attend church school in the year 1982.
Other teachers who joined as the years went by were
1. Mrs. Muhindi (Mama Jimmy)
2. Evangelist Njihia
3. James Kamau.
The Youth Department hopes to see a vibrant and well coordinated youth movement extending to every corner of East Africa and Beyond.
The Youth department exists to:
-Bring young people in fellowship, discipleship and evangelism. (To equip, uplift and up build young people
– Raise and equip emerging young leaders to serve to the church and society.
– Empower young people physically, economically, socially and politically.
– Bible and Christ centered service.
-Democratic participation and inclusiveness.
-Team work and networking.
-Discipline and integrity.
