P.C.E.A Kiserian church was started in 1977 at PCEA Enoomatasian Church after it was realized that a number of its members who travelled from Kiserian town area were experiencing difficulties in getting to the church every Sunday for worship.
The initial membership of PCEA Kiserian was hardly fifteen people. They worshipped in an open ground donated by Chief Joseph Ng’osor, .after a while semi-permanent church was constricted and later a permanent building where the current church stand.
The first Elders of the new congregation were Elder Charles Roizen (chairman), Elder Priscilla Roimen and Elder Ruth Muiruri (Wa Gacheru).

On 22nd January1989 the Twelve moderator of General Assembly Rt. Rev. DR. George E. Wanjau laid the foundation stone.
The Church was dedicated on December /2000 by the Sixteenth Secretary General Rev. Patrick M. Rukenya. The church population has grown from the initial 15 to over 600 members with eleven districts namely
